Hi guys, welcome back! Today is Monday.

How was your day? Did you know that summer officially started yesterday at around 2 AM? I didn’t even realize it at first. Because of the time change, I only got about six hours of sleep, so today felt a little tiring for me.

Anyway, let’s talk about today’s topic: If I could have a conversation with my future self, what would I ask?

This topic feels quite challenging, especially for people who are struggling with their future or finding their path in life. Honestly, English is so hard sometimes, but I’ll do my best to talk about this.

Lately, my YouTube algorithm has been showing me a lot of motivational videos, both short-form and long-form, and I’m not sure why. I’ve heard the phrase, “A man chases a woman, but a strong woman chases her dreams and mission.” I think this is an interesting perspective.

Being strong isn’t just about physical strength or having muscles. We need to redefine what it means to be strong. To me, a strong person is someone who takes care of themselves, works out, prioritizes their health, and works hard. They also strive to be a good friend, a good son or daughter, a good husband or wife, and a good parent. Strength isn’t just physical—it includes mental and emotional resilience as well.

I don’t know why I’m rambling so much, but anyway…

Right now, I really appreciate this moment in my life. I’m not someone who dwells on the past. Instead, I’m focusing on adjusting to life in the States, and I think I’m doing well.

I hope you all have a great night and sleep well. Bye-bye!
